Our strawberries are ripe and ready for picking. Libby was such a great helper. She picked all of those herself! Yum.

We went to the local carnival and fireworks show. It was so festive.
Even with the impressive display of lights in the sky, my eyes kept wandering back to watch the small people on my blanket. Seeing the wonder and delight in my kids eyes as they experienced the magic of a fireworks display was so much better than anything exploding in the sky. Libby snuggled up on Cord's lap, Natalie sat cozy on mine, and Gage laid on his back gazing at the sky.
It felt like magic to me too.

We did a mini vacation at the yacht club. The weather was beautiful. We did a quick boat ride and Cord and Dax did a "midnight bike ride" around the lake. There is something about the moon this time of year that makes night riding possible. :) We didn't get much sleep, but the girls sure enjoyed the outing!
Can't pass up a wonderful evening at the park with the people you love! We had a fun birthday celebration for Cade and Shaye. There was much playing to be done...Soccer, Bean Bag Toss, and a huge game of Kick Ball. Libby was so cute running around the bases. She looked so tiny. Natalie and Ben spent the evening on the playground. She kept calling him her baby. "Come on Baby..."
One month old already. Just like the summertime, it is going way too fast...

Gage is so cute! Love how he looks in the little outfit Nicholas picked-out for him. Nicholas will love seeing this picture. Can't wait to spend time with you guys this weekend.

So fun Adelle! Can't believe Gage is a month old already. That means that we've been in our new house a month also. This summer IS flying by. Crazy! So many fun times to be had :)

Just so we are clear, there aren't any "beans" in those bags that we were tossing. Just accept it, it's called Cornhole.
