I guess the only thing better than a weekend is a Four Day weekend!

We have been wanting to head up to Hardware Ranch for awhile and figured the fresh new snow from that huge snow storm would make it a perfect time to go.
The girls were pleased to see that some of the Elk were wearing earrings.
This one had orange ones.
Hanging out on the sled. Checking out the Animals.
It was a fun outing. Just the perfect thing to do to say Goodbye to winter.
(Hint Hint...Spring can come anytime now.)
We stopped at the gas station on the way back home for some hot cocoa and a snack.
The girls wanted Cheetos. Cord got some potato logs. I got a pack of Nibs.
This is not something we usually do...so, of course the kids thought it was awesome!
They are sure easy to please.
Afterward, Cord built the girls a sledding track in the backyard.
I loved hearing them giggle as they raced down the luge.
Daddy gave a hefty push this time and things didn't go well for the little riders.
WHoopS!
They totally biffed it.
Nothing another cup of hot chocolate couldn't fix!

Looks like you guys had a great time!! Wished we could have come :) When Chris was making a sled hill for Bree, by piling up the snow in the backyard, I was thinking of you guys, and how your yard, kind of has it's own hill. Looks like you took full advantage!!

Hardware Ranch is the best, we went last year and loved it. Glad you had such a fun day. Oh and those pictures of your girls crashing is too funny. Glad hot chocolate made everything ok again!
